Our Technology, Research and Development Centre (Centre de Recherche et de Développement des Technologies – C.R.D.T.) is located in Douai, in the North of France:

  • it designs computerised and simulation digital tools which are used for  development.
  • from innovative concepts, it also develops new processes for steel transformation.

Using our extensive experience, on our markets and on our technological expertise, we define and select the research programmes, taking account of developments in materials and technologies.

The CRDT is involved in all of the group’s activities including the composite activity, owing to the specific characteristics of this technology.

The various collaborative programmes carried out together with Universities, Engineering Colleges and other Research bodies bring us into contact with the most modern technologies and products along with the associated technical resources.
