ALLEVARD REJNA Autosuspensions grew out of the merger, at the end
of 1999, of ATELIERS METALLURGIQUES
DE SAINT URBAIN (AMSU), a group specialising in the design and
manufacture of elastic suspension elements and precision springs,
and ALLEVARD RESSORTS Automobile,
a group specialising in the design of elastic suspension elements,
whose know-how goes back almost a century.
Ever since this merger, ALLEVARD REJNA Autosuspensions has been
pursuing the strategy of world-wide development previously followed
by ALLEVARD RESSORTS Automobile and SOGEFI, AMSU’s shareholder.
