Allevard Rejna Autosuspensions considers continuous quality improvement and innovation as a central focus to its customers satisfaction.

To reach our customer satisfaction objective, all our production sites are certified ISO TS 16949 (2002). This international standard allows us to develop a complete system of quality management, elaborated to make sure that all the internal and external customers are satisfied.

Continuous quality improvement, in accordance with our ISO TS 16949 certification, is divided into four priority projects:

1. To develop an internal standard within the group for equipment and methods called « made in ARA ».



2. To use systematically progress tools of the car sector and to involve the whole staff into the continuous progress.



3. To take into account the human and environmental risks of our activities.
   The majority of our production sites is certified ISO 14001.



4. To steer our activities with regards to the effectiveness and efficiency indicators, which testify to our customers satisfaction and control costs.
