Allevard Rejna Autosuspensions individually deal with all new projects in order to propose a tailored solution, based either on hot and cold processes. |
This solution, obtained in collaboration with the customer, is due to the combination of the technology already mastered by the group and the development of product and process innovation. It allows us to give the best answers to the request of the customer in terms of weight and price. |
The following products were developed to satisfy specific demands of the market : |
ARA3S (Allevard Rejna Active Spring Seat System) |
This is a hybrid coil spring with a non-linear specification, such as a “minibloc” spring.
This kind of spring is obtained by joining the elastic functions of steel and polyurethane guaranteeing better comfort.
| ARAXLE |
This is a flexible axle dedicated to rear axle assembly.
Its structure covers a larger range of anti-rolling stiffness than the existing solutions, allowing us to equip all vehicle models with one kind of axle instead of two.
| HIGH STRESS STABILISER BAR |
This kind of bar is particularly useful on vehicles with large wheel displacements eg, off-road cars.
On classic cars it is possible to lighten the bar (as with the springs) by using high stress steel.
| ACTIVE BAR |
Many anti-rolling semi-active systems use half stabiliser bars assembled with a jack or an electric engine.
Active bars amplify the anti-rolling effect whilst cornering. |
| VARIABLE THICKNESS HOLLOW BAR |
These bars are strengthened near the most constraining areas and particularly near the bends by using a thicker internal lining. |
